The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to receive comment and input on a proposed light manufacturing district, which would replace the existing Industrial Park District zoning for the Five Star Industrial Park, including the area where the Spring Street quarry is located. The new zone would enable the continued fulfillment of the vision for this area as a high-tech manufacturing/business park and would better manage the nuisance-like impacts that can be associated with industrial uses.
